There are some things that we cannot buy!.. If we could have bought, each one of us would have definitely loved to buy our childhood back” Aspen celebrated Children’s Day in a lovely and special way. All the activities for the day revolved around the “Fancy Dress Competition”. The theme “ Anything Under The Sun” gave ample choice for parents to dress their kids as. Kid’s entry was made joyous and grand by ‘welcoming cartoon placards’. Cute little animal babies to the fence added to the joy. The Notice board and our environment was brought alive by olden days toys of children, colourful hearts, happy kids, Chacha Nehru picture with “Happy Children’s Day” message, and a lot more. We were overwhelmed with the sight of kids dressed in such varied costumes. A red carpet ramp walk was arranged for our cuties inside the environment with children’s favorite songs. Children walked with pride in their costumes. Chacha Nehru’s story and his love for kids was well narrated during circle time to children. Children were allowed to play without rules with their friends after snack time. Storybooks were gifted to children by Aspen to carry home with a message – “ Books Are Friends For Life “ at the end of the day.
