Deepawali Celebration

Deepawali Celebration at Aspen.

Aspen Montessori House celebrated the festival of lights Deepawali on Friday , 25th October with enthusiasm , ebullience and devotion. The school wore a festive look, decorated with diyas, lanterns and flower’s rangoli adorning the premises. Children came dressed in colourful traditional attire in which they looked extremely adorable. Children brought flowers and made a beautiful rangoli in the environment. The significance of the day was highlighted by narrating stories of Deepawali. We all were mesmerized, when our student Amiya Das sang a devotional song on Lord Ganesha. We had organised Diya competition this week for our little aspenites to add more zeal n joy for the occasion. Kids used innovative ideas in diya decoration activity, made exquisite piece of cute art work and took home happily.
