CELEBRATING DIWALI-2022 AT ASPEN

Yoga –The incorporation of meditation and breathing. Yoga helps improve mental well- being, relaxing mind and sharpening the concentration.
Aspenities celebrated the World Yoga Day with great zeal and enthusiasm. Children were dressed in white comfortable attire and performed different asanas as demonstrated to them. It was an interesting story narration where in different yoga poses were incorporated such as Tree pose, asanas to improve sight, finger, wrist and hand movements, hip rotations and many more.
Seeing children engrossed in performing all the asanas was a treat for our eyes. It was a great start on International yoga day.The festival of lights is indeed a beautiful time to celebrate with your loved ones. The glittering lights, diyas and lanterns fill the sky as this festival is celebrated with much fervour, cheer and joy.
Aspenities celebrated Diwali on 21st of October,2022. Children had a grand welcome which was created with the flower petals. They looked adorable in traditional
attire. Dance performance by children to the tunes of Happy Diwali was a feast to the eyes. Children were delighted to do the activities like colouring of diyas and a flower rangoli with colourful flower petals. They were excited to take the diyas as take away.
