Ugadi Celebrations
This New year named Shubhakruth, Ugadi was celebrated with traditional fervour. ‘Ugadi Pachadi’, a concoction of six different tastes sporting 6 different components of life was made giving the children a bundle of joy; they were excited to name the ingredients used in the making of the pachadi. It was worth seeing their varied expressions throughout the activity. They were also thrilled to clean mango leaves and make thorans out of the same. The celebration ended with a coloring sheet of a mango.
