CELEBRATING INTERNATIONAL YOGA DAY AT ASPEN

Yoga –The incorporation of meditation and breathing. Yoga helps improve mental well- being, relaxing mind and sharpening the concentration. Aspenities celebrated the World Yoga Day with great zeal and enthusiasm. Children were dressed in white comfortable attire and performed different asanas as demonstrated to them. It was an interesting story narration where in different yoga poses were incorporated such as Tree pose, asanas to improve sight, finger, wrist and hand movements, hip rotations and many more. Seeing children engrossed in performing all the asanas was a treat for our eyes. It was a great start on International yoga day.
